Wimbledon Champ Gets New Poker Table

After becoming the first British tennis player to capture the title at Wimbledon in 77 years, Andy Murray seemingly is on top of the world. Wealth and riches, adoring fans throughout the globe, and a place in tennis history that assures legendary status until the ends of time.

So if you're the uncle of Murray, what gift could you possibly bestow on your nephew to commemorate his achievement that would not pale in comparison to the accolades already received? A custom designed poker table, of course!
The personalised poker table is imprinted with Murray's official logo directly in the center of the classic green felt and also lists noteworthy places in the tennis pro's life at seats around the table, according to the Edinburgh News. Murray and his home game mates can choose to sit at Flushing Meadows, Dunblane, Melbourne, Miami, Roland Garros, Barcelona, Oxshott, and of course, Wimbledon.
The 26-year-old tennis pro won't be tossing the cards around on his new table until his return home in September. But the Wimbledon champ has reportedly seen photos of the gift to be presented by his uncle Niall Erskine and is anxious to try out the poker table with his mates.
With the drive and determination to succeed so apparent in his tennis career, perhaps Murray will transition that into a successful poker career when his professional tennis playing days are over.
